Searching...

for 'muchness'.

I know I used to have it.
Innately within, it just was.
Then it was lost, and I along with it.

In my old place I questioned and ranted.
I screamed and cried.
I pondered and dwelt amongst friends and family.

In this new place, as I search for my 'muchness' and 'dwell in possibility' (Emily Dickinson)
I hope friends old and new will from time to time, drop by for a hug and cuppa, and if you twist my arm I'll bring out the gin!

  4. Tea is good. (Better than gin and wine for a Bear, especially if the tea as a bit of hunny.).
Muchness? Sounds interesting. Dwelling is possibility is a good place to live, I think.
    Blessings and Bear hugs.

  8. My gin days are (sadly) over, but please stick the kettle on, I have a feeling I may be staying a while for that pot of tea. LOVE this rebirth, it's so fab and feisty!

  9. Shrinky- Thank you hunny!! good to be somewhere new (on many levels) and here I can be me without it being obvious and a hopefully unknown destination for those I have left behind and for those whose eyes I do not care to see and hear..
    hope that makes sense..

  15. Looks like we're mostly a tea group.. or at least not much of a gin bunch. I can bring wine if you like. ;) I'm glad to see that you've poked your head out of the rabbit's hole.

  21. I haven't followed you before...I came over from Suldog's blog.

The imagery and spirit of your site caught my attention. I love Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass! My maternal grandmother had a mirror above her fireplace mantel and I always fancied being able to go through the mirror like Alice.

I closed my old blog too, but have been thinking about starting over anew myself. I love a good tea party; I'll be checking back. Cheers!

  23. Lovely to find you in this incredible place - I love it!!! Gin is fine by me, although if you need to put it in a tea-pot for show, that's okay too - I've been out of commission for a fortnight (internet problems), so sorry to come late to the tea-party! xxx
